Really me only problem seems to have stemmed from Fed Ex. They never sent a tracking number or anything so I could not check to see where stuff was in route. I had to keep calling a bothering customer service. I was disappointed in the size of the seeded euk. I thought the bunches were very small and I am hoping that I can make do with what I received

Ordered flowers for my wedding and they were beautiful!! Received an email the week of that original color of the Lisianthus could not be harvested because of weather (Hurricane Joaquin). The customer service was able to find a replacement that was similar. Excellent Customer Service!!! Would use again!

Great flowers and speedy delivery

The blooms that I ordered were perfect, as were most of the greens and fillers. However, I ordered a wreath with heather and the heather could not be gotten. I agreed to something else and was told that it would look similar to the heather, which it did not. The wreath was scheduled to be delivered 2 days before the wedding and did not arrive until 4 hours before the wedding. We were not at home, as we were decorating the chapel and it was just luck that my brother-in-law was picking up a forgotten item and was there to sign for the delivery. Otherwise, we would have had no wreath. Overall, everything worked out fine, even though I was very upset, it was beautiful.

Service was courteous and professional, but most important the flowers were great! They were all beautiful and lasted for weeks. out of over 1600 blooms less than 10 had broken stems, but were still usable in arrangements, not a single stem wasted! Using some market available readied solutions, blooms lasted 3 weeks or more. Flowers ordered included spray roses, roses, garden roses, peonies, hydrangeas, football mums, asiatic lilies, calla lillies, babies breath. Wedding was in December, so flowers arrival date was not exact, some a day early, some a day late. I recommend early rather than later, since these flowers (treated right) last much longer than store bought. If you want them in bloom for event, better they come early. Will not order from florist for events again. Love Whole Blossoms!

My Aunt and Grandmother arranged all of my flowers that were ordered through Whole Blossom. They spent hours caring for thousands of the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen and making my dreams become a reality. We rented several hundred different sized mercury glass vases for the arrangements. I loved mixing the gold and silver from the mercury glass, mixing in lots of greenery added warmth and an earthy natural feel. The 13ft garland ordered through Whole Blossoms was magnificent and hung on the center of the stage. We also hung carnations from the ceiling over the dance floor for us to dance the night away under. I chose not to have a wedding planner because I loved every stage of designing crafting and planning. With the help of many friends and family it was so special to see our vision come to life and my dreams come true.

I ordered seeded eucalyptus for my wedding from here. They were gorgeous! Some were a little dead, but that was to be expected when traveling all the way from Ecuador in a cardboard box. I would order from here again!

My Niece's wedding was a black, white and silver pallet with touches of blush and cream. We used Sahara , Akito, and Vendela roses, white gerbers, black callas, hydrangea, white orchids and cream pink hypericum to name a few. The flowers arrived on Thursday, on time and where processed, treated and hydrated and were perfection the next day to work with. The arrangements and bouquets and personals where amazing due to the fine quality of the florals.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Whole Blossoms! I looked many, many places in-store and online for bulk flowers for my wedding, and found the best value to be here. I ordered multiple colors of garden roses, as well as spray roses, hypericum, and seeded eucalyptus for my wedding bouquets, corsages, and arrangements. I ordered the correct amounts from what I had researched online, and ended up with way more flowers than I needed, which I ended up being thankful for, since I had enough for 5 bridesmaid bouquets, my bride's bouquet, 6 corsages, and about 10-12 arrangements in vases. We also put eucalyptus in the bathrooms on the sinks to add some color and good smell! :) I purchased the 60 garden rose package, 60 stems of spray roses, 60 stems of hypericum, and 10 bunches of eucalyptus!

I ordered seeded eucalyptus for my bridal party bouquets. Worked perfectly. Still pretty after the wedding. However, I would say that the flowers are out living the seeded eucalyptus. The package came with really easy to follow directions for a DIY-er like myself! 10 bunches were enough for a large bridal bouqet, 10 bridesmaids, 22 bouts, and 6 corsages. Would definitely order again!

We ordered four types of white and ivory garden roses, spray roses, white stock flowers, seeded eucalyptus and ruscus for my daughter's wedding December 30, 2016. The flowers turned out great.

We ordered some seeded eucalyptus for our wedding. It arrived in beautiful condition, and looked beautiful for the event. The price was reasonable as well. The only hiccup is that they were shipped across the border, as we live in Canada, and there was a big mix up with Fed Ex. We almost didn't get them in time for our wedding as a result. With that being said, the Whole Blossoms customer service were really helpful and responsive in getting it sorted out quickly. We had to go pick them up at the Fed Ex centre, and they weren't delivered to us by the expected date, but it worked out in the end.

I ordered the white choice hydrangeas which were lovely and held up nicel,y done in wrapped bouquets on Thursday for a Saturday evening wedding and seeded eucalyptus which was nice for the most part several bundles had some insect damage and were lacking much foliage....but its a shrub and perfection doesn't happen as in a greenhouse......overall very happy and would order again

I was very happy for the most part! Beings my first time doing a wedding I over ordered but I guess that is to be expected. The one thing I was very disappointed about was the amount of the sala greens that were eaten by bugs. There were a large portion I was unable to use due to this fact. Thankfully I had over ordered so It didn't effect the outcome, but I would thing they could. Heck that better before shipping. Also I was very disappointed that they were not able to get the white wax flowers I had ordered, but the purple still looked very nice. I wo definitely order from here again and everything came out beautiful! I thank you that you called to make sure we received everything. You talked with my daughter but I did appreciate that! It is always scary ordering flowers on line but I was very happy with the experience. Thank you so much.

Their website is much more informative (professional) and has more photos of flowers so you know what you're getting, so I was a little nervous to order from you, but the flowers were great and I'd do it again! The only other thing that was not great was having to be around the house on Thursday (what would have happened if I hadn't been home?) & Friday! (The order came in two shipments ... I didn't anticipate that)

We ordered all the flowers for my daughter's wedding through WholeBlossoms. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! We treated them according to instructions, cutting each stem and putting in buckets of fresh water in our cool garage and the results were perfect. They mostly arrived on Wednesday for our Saturday wedding. Everyone remarked on the Asiatic lilies, that were the size of dinner plates when they opened! The peonies and garden roses opened beautifully as well. We also ordered more that 100 feet of Plumosas green ivy garland and it was beautiful. 2 packages did not arrive on Wednesday and WholeBlossoms tracked them closely and they arrived the following day. Once in water they rehydrated perfectly. The customer service folds at WholeBlossoms were very helpful.

This is the first time I used a wholesale florist and I was very pleased with the experience. The only down side is that they are not shipped in some sort of water source for the flowers.

Overall I had a good experience. I was really disappointed in the garden roses that were delivered - 11 of the 24 stems were really tattered when they arrived. I was able to get a refund for them and the process for the was pretty easy, although it was a huge bummer to not have those stems for the wedding arrangements.

The seeded eucalyptus arrived earlier than delivery date and most died day before event. This was a partial shipment. I called and left message and no one ever returned call. The king protea were beautiful and we were able to salvage enough of the eucalyptus for her bouquet only.

I have purchased flowers from you before and have always been pleased. I ordered English Garden roses and Anemones that arrived pretty closed on Tuesday morning. By Wednesday morning, they were all opened up and looked beautiful. They were kept in a cold basement. I was expecting these 2 items to last longer than they did. By Wednesday night, and after making all the arrangements (still keeping bouquets in water) They were rather wilted and droopy. About half of the Anemones remained really nice. The eucalyptus and ruscus were great. I had not ordered English Garden roses before. I was hoping they would hold up like regular roses. They were beautiful for about 24 hours and smelled amazing. I only wish they would have remained nice longer than 24 hours. I made them work and it looked great.

Our order arrived in a timely fashion and everything was fresh and beautiful.

I had ordered 25 red dahlias and 55 white dahlias but I only received white. The white dahlias were more yellow than I was hoping for but they were still beautiful. Everyone was very helpful!!

I was delighted by every aspect of my experience with Whole Blossoms. The flowers were gorgeous (I order 700 stems of roses, garden roses, lisianthus, and Veronica plus greens.) The entire order was delivered on time on Wednesday. I conditioned them as instructed and made the arrangements on Thursday night and Friday for a Saturday wedding. The flowers were in spectacular shape on Saturday. I was especially pleased how well the bouquets held up as they were out of water for over eight hours and still were in good shape the next day. I also was bowled over by the excellent customer service. I was contacted by Miguel on the Friday prior to my scheduled delivery because Whole Blossoms was not happy with the field condition of one of the Rose types I ordered and wanted my permission to substitute. I was contacted by Miguel again the day after the scheduled delivery to make sure that the order was complete and that the flowers met my expectations. This is one of the best on-line ordering experiences I have ever had.

The seeded eucalyptus was exactly as described. We turned it into a 32 foot garland down the center of 34 feet of farm tables. It looked so beautiful and we received many compliments on the garland. We told everyone to go to Whole Bloossoms.

Some of the gerbera daisies were poorly packed and had lost their sleeves and netting. However about 85% of the daisies were in great condition and were lovely! I appreciated the stem sleeves and netting very much! The seeded eucalyptus was plentiful and in great condition. Overall, I had a great experience with Whole Blossoms and would use them again in the future.

Overall, great experience. Ordered multi colored cornflowers but rec'd a call from company that only blue were avail. Not a big deal to me, blue was just fine. Only thing is very few of the cornflowers were opened and didn't open until about 3 days after they were displayed. Same with lilies, they didn't open until 2 days after displayed

Experience was pretty good. There were some shipping delays which stated some of the floral would be delayed which gave me unnecessary anxiety because they ended up being on time! I would not purchase the garden roses again for the price. They were a little beat up looking and didn't end up opening up as much as I would have liked. Not worth the pricetag $$$. The seeded eucalyptus and silver dollar eucalyptus were just want we were looking for - besides me ordering way too much, it turned out beautifully!

The flowers were great! The King Protea's were magnificent. The Eucalyptus was in great shape. Unfortunately there was a big snowstorm and our flowers were delayed a day. That was too much for the Bouvardia and they were all frost damaged. But the claim process with WholeBlossoms was easy and we are being refunded for the damaged flowers.

due to the snow storm here in our area of VA, the order did not arrive at the appointed time. so i got online and tracked my package and realized what was going on. i contactex Fed Ex and they were very helpful. Ended up picking the order up myself at the local fed ex office in Harrisonburg. i was holding my breath that it would not arrive in time for the wedding....but it did.

Very pleased overall.... I have 40 years of Horticulture/Floriculture experience and the purchase was for my daughter's wedding. The Gyp I received was mediocre so purchased more elsewhere. I also received someone else's pre-made bouquet..called you to alert of the fact and never got a response back concerning the issue so no concern on my part..

The descriptions for the roses made it difficult to understand exactly what color I would be getting, though the photo (at least for the one I got) was quite accurate. I would have prefer a lighter pink than what I got. I also ordered 150 carnations and only received 120. But wholeblossoms seems to not believe me. They gave me a store credit of $12.75, which is less than 25% of the cost of the 30 carnations I did not receive. The credit is useless to me--I could maybe get some wire for that price, which I don't need. My arrangements suffered for the lack of those 30 carnations, and the 120 I did receive had rather small heads. As a whole, it worked out, thankfully. But I would not recommend ordering from here for an important, time-sensitive event, unless you're okay with ordering extra and assuming you won't get everything you order.

I bought all my greenery from you guys, and all in all it was great, and has always been in the past. However, my seeded eucalyptus was not in good shape this time, much of it had already dried up....

My experience was delightful I appreciated the concern for the hydrating process and care instructions.

Overall very pleased. Seeded eucalyptus was beautiful and perfect. However, a third of the silver dollar eucalyptus bunches were unusable due to chewed edges and brown leaves.

The Eucalyptus arrived on the day requested. They were in perfect condition and with the expected number of stems. Very pleased with the order.

Everything was good. Some of the Salmon garden roses were broken and didn?t open quite like the others but I had plenty of flowers. As a matter of fact I think that you should tell people just how many flowers you get in a bunch. Or maybe what ?a bunch? consists of. I got entirely too much wax flower because I didn?t know what to expect. Spent more than I needed to but live and learn.

I am so glad that I found Whole Blossoms to use for my sister's wedding, which was the same weekend as Mother's Day! So grateful for a timely delivery, enough flowers at a reasonable price. Thank you!!!

The Veronica came 2 days later than it was originally due to, but it was in beautiful condition and made an excellent addition to the bouquet and other wedding floral pieces. I was a little disappointed with the seeded eucalyptus. It was quite dirty and more berries than leaves. It was a bit hard to work with and I'm not sure I would order it again. When I checked in with whole blossoms about my order, the customer service person was very kind and assured me that everything would arrive in time and it did.

Overall a good experience. Whole Blossoms had affordable eucalyptus when many other websites marked them as out of season or no longer had them available. The seeded eucalyptus arrived in good condition on the requested delivery date; the silver dollar eucalyptus arrived in good condition a day after the requested delivery date.

Loved my seeded eucalyptus. It was beautiful and lasted a long time!

All of my flowers arrived on the date specified. My only complaint is the freshness of the baby?s breath. Over half of my order was dried up and not as fresh as should have been. The rest of my order was very nice and top quality.

Overall, the experience was very good. While Whole Blossoms was not able to deliver the original order or replace the ordered garden roses with a suitable replacement, customer service was very kind in working with me on giving a refund, even though it was within the 10 day non-refund window. The flowers and greenery that were able to be delivered were wonderful. The only issue I could mention was the beautiful renunculus came with about 10 stems (out of 50) were either wilted, broken off at the head or completely dead upon arrival.

Everything was great except for the seeded eucalyptus ... it was really dry spotted.

Came on time. I opened them immediately and followed care directions. Each bunch really only had 4 stems as the fifth one was a small branch from a stem. Most of the stems were torn from the tree so in most cases I had to cut off 4 - 5 inches to get a clean cut. A few little branches were dead. Fortunately we had enough for our needs.

The ordering process was very easy and the flowers came in good condition. Unfortunately they were delivered to the wrong address but it was sorted out.

I ordered both seeded eucalyptus as well as the Silver Dollar. I received an email stating that the silver dollar wasn't available, so I only received the Seeded. It arrived the day before the event and I put them all in 5 gallon buckets of water. They stayed nice and hydrated for the event the next day. Loved it and will definitely use you in the future. Thank you. I would send pictures but don't have them back yet.

Whole Blossoms helped us ensurre our hydrangeass arrived on time. They were gorgeous as well. As spray roses, greens and amaranthys.

Loved the greenery, the only reason I am not giving a full five star is because I put Thursday delivery and received on a Wednesday with my event being on a Sunday. Followed the care instructions to a T. By Friday all greenery was dry and lifeless. By Sunday (the day of the wedding) leaves were falling off as I made my arrangements. $200 down the drain. I would recommend just because the greenery qas beautiful.

My experience was great except that a substitution had to be made and the color we substituted was so poised to be peach. What was received was a very bright coral. Things happen.

This is not the first time I have ordered two whole blossoms. My experience was fantastic as it has been in previous orders. The quality is always great and the variety is wonderful. I use whole blossoms for the more exotic hard to get flowers and they are always delivered and in great condition.

Overall, the experience was pleasant. The greens arrived when I needed them to and they were a beautiful addition to the centerpieces in my wedding. I would have liked to receive a follow up email to confirm my order was still on time a few days prior to receiving them because I ordered so long ago and got worried they would not be sent out.

All of the flowers were delivered by the requested date, although late in the day. I felt like I was tracking flowers constantly to make sure they were going to arrive on time. Part of the problem was the holiday and I understand that. All of the flowers arrived in good condition except for the anemones, they were smaller than I expected and never really seemed to recover, I only used about half of them for my arrangements. The boxes of flowers delivered by UPS were in better shape than those by FedEx.

I purchased the greenery for three of my children?s weddings that all fell in the last 14 months. I have always had a great experience with this company. The greenery is always fresh and delivered on time. The cost is reasonable and we have always been pleased.

I was hesitant to buy greens via the internet but I really had no choice as local florist was going to charge me $5 per stem!! I carefully read info on WholeBlossooms website and placed my order. A few days before the order was to be shipped, I talked to a customer service rep who assured me the order was all set. And it was delivered on time. I bought greens to make centerpieces for my daughter's wedding. Each centerpiece had 3 cylinders with floating candles and greens around it (Italian Ruscus and Seeded Eucalyptis with tiny white lights.

The flowers were beautiful. They were well packaged and delivered with care. I placed the order to arrive on Thursday because the wedding was on Saturday. The flowers arrived two days earlier, this cause the flowers no to be as beautiful as I wanted for the wedding day. I wished they would plan the delivery day better.

Overall my experience was great. I ordered 12 bunches of seeded eucalyptus and found that several of the branches appeared to have been ripped off the plant, rather than snipped or cut off the plant. I found that disconcerting. However, most of the branches were usable for our event, so it didn't become an issue. No "flower food" or nutrients were delivered with the stems, so upon arrival all I was able to do with them was give them fresh cuts on the stems and place them in fresh water. More than half of the stems perked up for the event, but some of the stems were still droopy and sad at the time of the event.

I ordered seeded and silver dollar eucalyptus for a wedding. Everything arrived fresh but a day early which had me worried if they’d make it to our event 4 days later. Fortunately most was usable. I always order extra just in case. I called to inquire about the early shipping and was told due to shipping issues with FedEx they were proactive to get them shipped early so we were sure to have them on time.

Some of my flowers came a day earlier than I expected. I had already had them coming early because I was taking them with me out of town. I was worried they wouldn’t last. They started opening immediately. I stored them in a bucket in a large cooler and to my surprise they lasted well until my ceremony! They were absolutely gorgeous! It was a bit stressful that they all came in separate shipments but it all worked out good.
